I started making cakes from home and offering them to people at a much more reasonable price then my wedding cake was. It was important to me that my clients got the cake they’d been dreaming of and be let down like I was.
Now, 11 years later, my cakes have made it into reception halls all over New York and the surrounding areas and I’m proud to say that I’ve been successful without charging my clients an arm and a leg.
It’s my desire to continue my company the same way it got started over a decade ago. If I’m lucky enough to continue to be successful, my family will carry on the company after I’m gone on that same premise that everyone should be able to afford the cake of their dreams.
